These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Family Financial Assessment ("Assessment") offered by the Vanguard Unit, a unit of AXA Philippines' Health Protect Branch ("we," "us," "our"). By starting the Assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Assessment is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and residing in the Philippines. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. What the Assessment Is

The Assessment is a free, self-reported questionnaire used to help identify general gaps in financial protection across seven risk pillars: income protection, critical illness exposure, hospitalization gaps, estate liquidity, education funding, retirement continuity, and legacy. It is an educational tool, not a comprehensive financial plan.

3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The Financial Health Report generated from your answers is a general guide based solely on the information you provide. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as your sole basis for any financial decision. Any insurance or investment recommendation discussed in a Strategy Session is subject to formal underwriting, suitability assessment, and the applicable product's terms and conditions.

4. No Obligation to Purchase

Completing the Assessment, receiving your Financial Health Report, and attending a Strategy Session are entirely free and do not obligate you to purchase any insurance, investment, or financial product. Any decision to proceed with a recommendation is yours alone.

5. Report Delivery

We aim to deliver your personalized Financial Health Report to the email address you provide within 24 hours of submission. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including email filtering and connectivity issues.

6. Accuracy of Information

The quality and accuracy of your Report depend on the completeness and honesty of the information you submit. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the Report that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, methodology, and materials associated with the Assessment and the #TalkToLontoc-style Vanguard Unit Method remain the property of the Vanguard Unit and AXA Philippines, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Vanguard Unit and AXA Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Assessment, the Report, or any related consultation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Assessment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Vanguard Unit, a unit of AXA Philippines' Health Protect Branch ("we," "us," "our"), respects your privacy. • Assessment responses, including your dependents, financial obligations, concerns, and current coverage
• Contact details: nickname, email address, and mobile number
• General technical information such as device type and browser, used only to keep the Assessment working correctly

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized Financial Health Report
• To contact you regarding your Report or, if requested, to schedule a Strategy Session
• To improve the relevance and accuracy of the Assessment

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, given when you check the consent box and submit the Assessment, and to take steps you request prior to entering into a service relationship with us.

4. Data Sharing

Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared internally within the Vanguard Unit and AXA Philippines solely for the purpose of preparing your Report and, if you request one, your Strategy Session, and with service providers strictly necessary to deliver these services (such as email delivery).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law and regulatory requirements for the insurance industry.

6. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is processed
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Object to or withdraw consent for processing
• Request erasure or blocking of your data, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements
• Data portability and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

7. Security Measures

We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8. No Pressure, No Spam

Taking the Assessment does not enroll you in recurring marketing communications. We will only follow up regarding your Report, and a Strategy Session is offered only if you request one.
